Igus' large XYZ gantry robots are three-axis linear, cartesian robots that can be used for various pick and place applications, but are especially ideal for large, heavy loads such as lifting and moving pallets.

These cartesian robots have three axes that slide linearly in relation to each other, rather than rotate as with a robotic arm.
